Case Manager

Accord Services' experience in catastrophic injury enables us to assist clients with their continued recovery as well as maximize their independence. Caring for these individuals requires qualified skilled nurses capable of providing clinical intervention, such as wound care, medication administration, among other comprehensive care services.

Accord Services strives to make your job easier as a case manager by identifying the long-term objectives of the case. Accord Services understands the need for accurate timely information as it relates to decisions regarding care and treatment. We are aware of the many variables that can impact a case such as depression, pre-existing health issues and the financial repercussions on an injured worker and their family. We monitor these factors to restrain healthcare cost while still maintaining a desired level of quality care. Our mission is to preserve the goals set forth by the case manager and claims adjuster while conserving the funds allocated for the lifetime of the case. We focus on the lifestyle changes that emerge after a catastrophic injury; in an attempt to provide enhanced care, assist with the clients’ independence, control costs, and reduce unnecessary medical complications.

Accord Services also provides homecare services that are non-medical. In this one-on-one care environment, our nurses may assist the injured worker with daily living activities such as grooming, meal preparation, light housekeeping chores, drive a client for an errand, as well as other home care services that promote independence and enrich the quality of their life.
