Accord Services is ready to assist you with all your interpreting needs! You have shared your need in finding quality interpreters and we have listened!
The Interpretation program at Accord Services was developed based on a growing number of LEP (Limited English Proficiency) clients. The purpose of this program is to provide LEP clients with the tools and resources needed to better understand and assist in their recovery process. Our goal is to promote and support effective and accurate communication between the clients and all the parties involved in their care. We guarantee accurate translations that will satisfy all of your communication needs.
Accord Services interpreter division provides interpretation and translation services for any setting from a doctor's office visit or therapy session to 24 hour care in the home. All our interpreters are specialized in cross-cultural communication to help get past the language and culture barrier that may exist between the provider and the LEP client.

QUALITY CONTROL
Accord Services, unlike most providers, does not sub-contract interpretation and translation services. We use only employees of Accord Services in order to guarantee that the service is up to our standards. All our employees are credentialed and have a certificate of completion from a medical interpretation course as well as credentials from the American Translators Association (ATA).
ACCURATE TIMELY INFORMATION
Because interpreters are the voice of the injured worker; it is imperative that they provide accurate and timely information to the providers, case managers, and claims adjusters.
COST, VALUE, AND SAVINGS
Accord Services honors the 2011 GA Fee Schedule for our nursing services, which includes bilingual CNA’s. Our cost, which is below industry average, accompanied by our superior level of service, makes us your ideal candidate of choice.
