ASSISTANCE IN DAILY ACTIVITIESOur clients with mobility impairment have specialized needs, and our nurses offer more than just nursing care. In this one-on-one care environment, our nurses may assist with personal care, light housekeeping chores, drive a client for an errand, or prepare meals.
MEDICAL OBSERVATION
Our staff provides skilled assessments and interventions for clients being discharged from acute care or those with high tech needs. We can often identify medical problems early and assure quick intervention and treatment.
POST HOSPITALIZATION CARE
Our nurses and attendants provide care and close supervision to lessen the anxiety of making the transition from a rehabilitation facility to home and community. We are there to assist with their continued recovery and to maximize their independence.
WOUND MANAGEMENT
With our expertise in catastrophic injury and illness, we often eliminate or minimize the common problems associated with immobility that can lead to costly hospitalization.
24 HOUR COVERAGE
With our 24 hour on call policy (no answering service, you will talk to a staff member), our clients are assured of an immediate response to urgent nursing questions.
INTERPRETATION SERVICES
We can provide bilingual interpretation services for any setting from a doctor’s office visit or therapy session to 24 hour care in the home.
STAFFING SUPPORT
The key to an agency’s success is competent office staff. We provide an excellent workplace environment committed to matching the individual needs of our clients with the appropriate nurse or CNA staff member.
